Workout Plan Week 1

Tomorrow I will being my workout plan and updating you guys on everything! It’s been difficult ttrying to stay the course and being consistent with one thing. I tried staying with one workout routine before and I lost 10 lbs but I didn’t stick with it. I’ve plataued since and been 194 for a number of months now. That’s ok because I have my wife making me accountable now:)

 

My woukout coach is Brandon Weaver from out of California. Perhaps one I will have an interview with him so you gutys can meet him. Watch my progress. If I make accomplishments then maybe I’ll think about sharing Brandon with you guys…
