Have you ever held a check in your hand that is close to $2,000, and it didn’t have anything to do with a job or an insurance check? I have. Numerous times at that! I once closed a deal for $9369 wholesaling real estate, along with other big checks, but I am most excited to tell you about the most recent check of $1,674.75 that I just received from affiliate marketing!
As an internet marketer, making money online with affiliate marketing (and sometimes offline) is not an easy task like how the gurus make it seem. It takes some hard work and consistency while having an effective strategy of knowing what to do. The affiliate marketing strategy for today will not be the same ones that you used from last year, or even 6 months ago. That is why you must have many tricks up your sleeve so that you can make income in multiple different ways. This way, you’re not dependent upon 1 method.
So How did i get this fat check?
The check above is from a company where I help a financial institution in Detroit get clients small business funding. These individuals need money for either starting a business or a preexisting business. Whenever I refer the financial institution a client that qualifies for funding, the financial institution cuts me a nice check:) The more money that the client gets funded for, the more money I make as an affiliate! Isn’t that what affiliate marketing is all about?!
I drive traffic to an offer and I get paid once a transaction happens. Listen up! I want to you to understand something here. You don’t only have to be stuck with affiliate programs that promote online products or info-products. At the time that this article is being written, it is tax season here in the U.S. I recently saw an affiliate campaign where HR Block is offering $15 per lead if a client goes with their services to get their taxes done. $15!!! Here’s a screenshot of what an affiliate manager sent me via email:
Getting Leads With Lead Generation Facebook Ads
As for this fat check that I received, I ran some Lead Form Facebook Ads to get my results. On my second day of running ads, I received my first real lead that qualified for funding. To be honest with you, I couldn’t believe it? It actually worked! This is one of the first times in my Facebook marketing life that I got some decent results in the first few days on a new method!
Working with him this lead was going to bring me $350-$600 MINIMUM because of the amount of funding that he qualified for. Side note…This is why it’s SUPER imperative that you learn the power of marketing high ticket items! You’re doing the same work as you would for low ticket items with low pay-outs, but instead you’re getting paid more. The Lead Form Facebook ads allows you to market and capture emails within Facebook so that the users don’t have to leave Facebook to an external page such as your custom landing page. Facebook doesn’t like people leaving its platform. If a user leaves the platform, that makes it more susceptible for the user to spend their time somewhere else.
In the ad above, the user filled out the information and the information is captured in my ad. Now I pass his information on to the financial institution so that they can follow up and close the deal. This company has allowed me access to their back office so that so that I can create a lead for them. They are happy to pay me big bucks because they didn’t have to spend money to get the lead I just sent them! I’m paying the money to send traffic their way. They’re glad to pay me! This is just one of many ways to drive traffic for affiliate marketing campaigns.
Now, let’s dig a little deeper into the Lead Form Facebook Ads and why I use them. The fact of the matter is that users are lazy. If you’re doing Facebook ad campaigns, you want to minimize the steps to a user as much as possible because they will not take advantage of your offer. If there is any confusion at all in your ad, the user will click away. The better results you get with your ads, the cheaper your ad will be because Facebook loves it when their users interact with something (That’s a golden nugget right there!).
The Lead Form ads allow you to create fields such as “name”, “age”, “phone number”, etc. When your ad flashes before a user on Facebook, all they have to do is click a button and their information will auto populate, so then the user hits the submit button…BOOM! You have your lead in a matter of seconds. You won’t have to worry about how good your landing page is because all that is taken care of with the lead forms. Of course, there are advantages and disadvantages to this type of ad, and sometimes creating a landing page may be better, but for my case, the Lead Form ad was perfect.
With my campaign, I received over 20 leads. One of those leads was able to get funded as I had mentioned before, and at least half of the rest are still in my pipeline. I follow up every few days with them. During the month of Jan, I was able to get a total of 3 people funded. All of the commissions in that month resulted in $1,674.75. Ladies and gentlemen, this is just the beginning with my relationship with this particular affiliate program!
If I can do this, so can you! What can an extra $1000+ do for you on the side? For some, the amount I made with that one check is worth 2 months wages of what you work for at your job. This is the power of affiliate marketing!!! Whether you are a beginning or struggling affiliate marketer, I’m living proof that you can make good money each month. Whether you’re a stay-at-home mom or dad, a successful person who is looking to diversify income, or even a college student who needs extra money to pay for their education. It doesn’t matter who you are, you can make really GOOD money.
