If you’re not succeeding in real estate and you have been doing this for a while without closing a deal, then you may need to get a mentor. Mentoring can speed your business up by a year or two. You don’t make the same mistakes as everyone else does because your mentor probably has made all of those mistakes. Your real estate coach/mentor will steer and guide you through the path of success because they know what it takes to make it to the top. Of course, you need a coach that is where you want to be in order for that to be true. If you partner with someone who has never closed a deal before, then guess what…they most likely are not the best person to help lead you to success. It’s just like someone who has gone to school to be a business owner, but they cannot truly coach someone else into being a business owner because they have no experience. They have yet to even make their first dollar in their own business.They can teach on what happens in theory, but when times get difficult and go outside the realm of theory, then what are you going to do? You need someone who has been in the trenches, and someone who can relate to you and your business.
I’m not a real estate guru but I do have a lot of experience. I’ve closed a number of deals and I will only close more. Jamel Gibb’s program helped me immensely to get my first deal, but I closed many more after.
