Sometimes you just have to get rid of people. In business, you have to fire quick and rehire at times because you want people to do their jobs effectively and JUST FOLLOW THE RULES!! That’s the most difficult thing for some people for some reason that I cannot explain.
I had to let go of a realtor today. She had a lead and she did not want to fully disclose the seller’s information in order for us to do our due diligence and to start the short sales process with the bank. You don’t have to stick with peolpe that will not help you complete your endeavor because there are too many realtors who are looking to help.
Unfortunately this realtor is causing her seller to wait longer which is putting them in danger of foreclosure and losing their home. This isn’t a game folks. Not only are we trying to make money hear but we’re also the last chance for some folks in my local community so that they can live a normal life.
