So it officially hit a month as of yesterday since I created this website. I still don’t have a contract yet but it is in the works. The good news is that one of the realtors that I met with last week sent me a listing that looks pretty promising. He sent me some comps and some more of the crucial information that Brian Meara talks about in his program of Flip Free Profits. Everything looks good so far but he is not the actual lister of the property! Can we work something out to make this deal happen anyway?
I have a call with Brian Friday to see if this is something that I can actually pursue or not. Hopefully he gives me the thumbs up for this property but I’m ready to go! This could possibly be my first deal in nearly 30 days after launching my shortsale business. I’d say that’s pretty darn good…wouldn’t you say? Brian gave me a hip-check and told me not too expect too much too soon because it can take 3-6 months to fully build my business. My goal is to get at least 3 more going by the end of July. I’m putting in the work right now so that it can pay off later…
I’m setting the bar to contact 5 realtors a day for the next few weeks to increase my leads. Take massive action and get massive results…
