Affiliate Marketing Step By Step – The 6 Figure Funnel
This is the secret formula to generating a strong 6 figure business online, no fluff. There’s no secret sauce, there isn’t a secret ingredient or technique, but there is only pure knowledge and application with what I’m going to show you that brings in the results. I’m an affiliate marketing coach, so it is only right that I show you how to hit these results with affiliate marketing, step by step.
What is Affiliate Marketing?
Affiliate marketing is being able to be the “middle-man” in a monetary transaction. When a transaction occurs between the buyer of a product or service and the seller of the product or service, you get a pre-configured commission from their profit for making that transaction happen.
The seller is glad to pay you a hefty commission of the profits because they did not have to spend any money on marketing in order to attain the new customer. In my world of internet marketing, there is typically a product that is made one time, and it doesn’t have to be made ever again. Multiple copies can be sold.
Why Should I Participate In Affiliate Marketing?
Chances are that you already participate in affiliate marketing without knowing. Affiliate marketing happens every day, but the only thing that doesn’t occur, is that you don’t get paid for it!
When you’ve gone to that new restaurant and you’ve tasted something that was OH SO GOOD, what do you do? You tell your friends and family how you enjoyed stuffing your face with scrumptious food, and return, they go and experience the same foods that you told them to get. Because of you, they went and paid for a service. The only problem…you didn’t get paid for making the connection.
How many other things have you enjoyed or liked, told someone about it, and you didn’t get paid for making the connection for a monetary transaction? What if I told you that you could make really good money if you were to get paid for these types of transactions? What if I told you that there are 6 and 7 figure marketers to who do these transactions everyday and live a great life?
The good news is that all of this is true. There are so many people who do affiliate marketing everyday and you should join the fun. Stop sitting by the sidelines and get paid for what you already do. It’s only right.
Can I really generate 6 figures online with affiliate marketing?
The flat and truthful answer is yes. There are many ways to achieve this goal and there is no one way to do it. The fact that there are so many ways to hit this goal, is the reason that it is so difficult. Everyone has a way and is trying to teach it, and chances are that you watched that video or read their blog. Now you are confused as to what technique works better.
The 4 Simple Steps To Create Your Affiliate Marketing 6 Figure Funnel
Step 1: Find A High Ticket Product
The very first thing that you need to do is find a high ticket product that sales. There are plenty of products out there, but if it doesn’t sale, then there isn’t any use of trying to promote it. I’ve made that mistake many times myself previously.
I don’t care what type of traffic strategy you’re using, or special technique that you use to make money, if the product is not showing proof of sales, then it is not going to sell for you. #FACTS. Please do not try to be Superman, and save a product. Trust men, it never goes well.
I classify a high ticket offer as an item priced at $997 and up. Most vendors who allow for affiliates to promote their offers typically give 50% commissions. If a transaction is made, then 50% commission of an item at $997 puts $498 in your pocket! After you make a few sales, you can request for a commission bump to 60% or even 75% and that gives you a commission up to $747!
When is the last time that your job has given you a $100 bonus?
I can answer that question for you…
NEVER!
Sure, you can promote products that bring lower commissions, but you will not hit your goals as fast.
In order to do this, go to Clickbank, find the category that you choose to promote from, sort your product list by “Gravity”, and selecting a product with a Gravity of 35 or higher. After you have sorted out your list of products, now look at the average commission that affiliates get when a sales transaction is made. You want to target the products with higher commissions.
What Type Of Products Should I Promote?
You want to choose a product from the following categories:
-Health
-Wealth
-Relationships (dating)
-Self-Dvelopment
These are what you call Evergreen markets. If you find a winning product in these markets, it is a safe bet that you can grow a successful and profitable business within the parameters that I have set for you above.
Step 2: Create a High Converting Landing Page
Now we want to create a high converting landing page. The landing page is to warm up your audience in order to take the next action in your funnel. In some cases, marketers call it a capture page. The difference between a capture page and a landing page is that the capture page generally asks for an email address while the landing page does not.
Landing Pages are good to warm up the audience before they take the next steps that you desire them to ultimately take.
What do I mean by that?
If I’m a fitness instructor, and I want someone to ultimately purchase my new fitness video course, then I need my new potential customer to see my landing page, desire my product, and then make the purchase. The landing page is to have just enough enough information on it so that they can continue down my funnel. After the potential customer sees this landing page and sees the 3 benefits listed, if they like what they see, they will click the button that takes them to the next page with the 15min video. Since they have a small sense of what they’re going to learn, their appetites are wet, and they will be more likely to buy once they watch the video on the sales page of the dating product. This is in comparison to just sending someone to your desired product, and them being surprised about being sold to and being turned off, thus leaving the sales page and not purchasing.

Step 3: Traffic Domination
Previously, we briefly spoke about traffic. There are a lot of people who have issues with driving traffic to their offers. For me, I love the topic of traffic and it is easy to generate. It’s one of my favorite things tho talk about, so if you struggle with this, I can help.
You can drive 2 types of traffic. Free traffic/Organic traffic, or paid traffic. I’m not going to be going over paid traffic in this blog post, but I will say that you get the fastest results with paid traffic. In this blog, we are going to touching on free traffic. It takes a little more time and effort, but the quality of leads are a lot higher, and most people reading this blog post are looking for ways to generate money without spending money.
Right now, you can rive a ton of traffic with social media platforms. Some require your face to be on shown and others do not. All you have to do is choose which platforms you want to use and then make the best of the free opportunity. This is where the “time and effort” comes in. The platforms that I use to drive a ton of free traffic are from the following:
Tiktok
YouTube
ActiveCampaign (my email autoresponder)
If you consistently produce content, your profiles will grow on these platforms. There is no way that you will not grow. The next step is to figure out which platform will be your main platform to market your opportunity (offer) on. For me, it is YouTube. People find me on Tik Tok, and Facebook, I point them to my youTube channel, and my videos provide content along with the link to my offers. It’s an ecosystem!
Step 4: Email
I know that I said I love talking about traffic and that it was my favorite thing to talk about. However, I love talking about something else as well. That second love of mine is email. Email is probably the most important fact when it comes to building a real, legit, and thriving business so that you can consistently hit those $10k months without having to focus on a ton of traffic.
Previously, I spoke about creating a landing page. I also briefly spoke about creating a capture page. When it comes to email, we will build a capture page because this is what captures a person’s email address before taking them to the next step through your funnel. This is turn will send that person’s email address to your email database, also known as an autoresponder.
If you think of a regular business, it is most likely that they business has someof your contact ifformation. If they want to send you deals and coupons about a sale that is coming, they will either send you an email, a representative will call you, or they may even text you. In order for them to reach out to you, you had to have given them your information at some time or another.
This is the same scenario when it comes to a capture page. You will typically give the potential customers something of value and it will be delivered to them via email. They sign up for it, and then they are sent to another website of your desire…hopefully to another sales page so that you can make some money. At the same time, you are now building your list of customers in your database. I use a platform called ActiveCampaign to automate this whole process.
